Almighty and everlasting God,

increase in us your gift of faith

 that, forsaking what lies behind

and reaching out to that which is before,

we may run the way of your commandments

and win the crown of everlasting joy;

through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,

who is alive and reigns with you,

in the unity of the Holy Spirit,

one God, now and for ever.    Amen

Post Communion

We praise and thank you, O Christ, for this sacred feast:

 for here we receive you,

here the memory of your passion is renewed,

here our minds are filled with grace,

and here a pledge of future glory is given,

when we shall feast at that table where you reign

with all your saints for ever.      Amen

I have been asked to draw your attention to the following information:-

Owners of horses in Crouch Lane have had enquiries concerning the sale of their horses from people who are probably travellers.  Horses have been ridden bare back and items have been stolen on more than one occasion.  The travellers have walked/looked around property but as they don’t like cameras the best deterrent could be to take a photograph.  Please be vigilant and ensure that all your property is safe and that security is in place.  Please keep your eyes peeled and report any suspicious activity to 999, 101 or email depending on the                          urgency

Just a reminder – We will be holding our ‘Nuts and Bolts Meeting’ for couples marrying in 2020 on Saturday 26th October at Blendworth from 10.00am -12.00noon.  Please could you tell anyone who you think would be interested to come along, – they will be very welcome.
